Kidzlet Play Structures Pvt. Ltd. is committed to delivering every order safely and within agreed timelines. Our dispatch process is tailored to the nature of heavy, large-format playground equipment.
Orders are confirmed once full payment or a written advance is received. For custom or project orders, production begins only after written finalisation of specifications and payment terms.
Freight charges are based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. All charges are clearly communicated before order confirmation.
Please ensure suitable vehicle access at your site. Delivery is to the nearest accessible road point. On-site offloading is available where our installation service has been selected.

2Force Majeure Delays: Delays due to transport disruptions, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur. We will notify you promptly with a revised schedule.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Delivery terms for project orders are confirmed separately in writing.
Cancellation Policy
All our products are manufactured to order. Please review your specifications, quantities, and requirements carefully before submitting a Purchase Order.
As all products are manufactured to order, cancellations or modifications after Purchase Order confirmation are generally not possible. This applies to all product categories including playground equipment, outdoor fitness, furniture, flooring, and trash bins.
As all products are custom-fabricated and made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the Purchase Order has been placed and accepted.

By placing an order with Kidzlet Play Structures Pvt. Ltd., you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Applicable GST rates shall be charged as per product category and prevailing government regulations, as mentioned in your quotation/invoice.
- 1Invoicing done from Kidzlet Play Structures Pvt. Ltd. based in Uttar Pradesh. Goods dispatched within 30–40 days on receipt of full payment.
- 2Unloading at the delivery site is to be arranged and managed by the customer only, at their own cost and arrangement.
- 🔧Installation: The client shall arrange basic civil materials (if required), along with necessary site readiness and local labour assistance for smooth execution.
- 🛡️Warranty: Warranty terms, where applicable, shall be as specified in the quotation or invoice provided for the respective product category.
Force Majeure: The company shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
